Miss Zumstein belives in practice, practice, practice and refined her craft for years at restaurants in Portland of French and Italian persuasions. Baking cookies with her grandmother was a formative experience and Miss Zumstein brings nurture, indulgence, and authority to her baking.

The Pacific Northwest has much to offer in the way of sustainable produce, nuts and fresh dairy products, many of which are incorporated into our cakes and cookies. The rewards are wonderful seasonal desserts, from Rhubarb Upside Down Cake to Belgian Chocolate Roulade.
