Miss Zumstein belives in practice, practice, practice and refined her craft for years at restaurants in Portland of French and Italian persuasions. Baking cookies with her grandmother was a formative experience and Miss Zumstein brings nurture, indulgence, and authority to her baking.

products, many of which are incorporated into our cakes
