Anja Spence has a degree in Culinary Arts and Anthropology
and has been baking professionaly in Portland, Oregon for
the past fifteen years. She thoroughly enjoys creating
desserts and having that enjoyment carry over to satisfied
clients.
The Cake of the Month Club was started on a lark nearly
three years ago with one steadfast member! And now...it’s
becoming quite an eclectic group of dessert lovers.
